My poor baby was getting over being severely ill, and I was desperate to find food within her strict diet of restrictions and limitations, that would entice her to eat and regain strength. Amy the associate who helped me was so compassionate, empathized with my situation, and helped me find options that would fit the bill. When you’re stressed it’s hard to focus and Amy was so helpful she not only helped me get what I needed she gave me a moment of comfort and ease from the stress of worrying about my pet- that goes a long way! Dog Gone Holistic may be a little out of my way but it’s worth driving a past all the other pet food stores to get to this one! Their selection and their service are top notch. And their return policy is so gracious- if you need to return something you get a full refund and they donate what’s left! What incredible integrity!

Not sure why I never left a review before.I have been shopping this store for several years and can only say they are amazing.I love that they have such a large variety of healthy foods and will also do special orders,but most important is their customer service.The store owner Darryl is an amazing person also.If I wasn't limited on time,I would probably go in daily just to see the smiling faces. 😊
